The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

Responsibilities and Duties
To undertake lead generation activity and support Operational Manager and Director with lead generation approach

Develop new business proposals
Lead and provide advice and technical support on business developments, tenders, funding bids and other defined commercial activities such as market assessments.

To lead on designated tenders and business cases

To lead on the development of effective responses to opportunities to tender for services.

To actively participate in effective business case development.

To work with Operations Manager to ensure that the appropriate clinical, financial, activity, and performance information is in place to support development of proposals and tenders. To scrutinize development proposals, tenders etc, ensuring that specific tender requirements are met and to submit them on behalf of the organization

Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Industry related business development experience
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal-oriented
Preferred to have worked in the areas of Occupational Heath, medico-legal, Personal Injury, Insurance sector, rehabilitation services and solutions, NHS tenders, Commissioning.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary 45k£ to 55k£, 

Based in London/Croydon, >50% travelling
