Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Our client is a private MSK physio practice that treats a wide range of clients and conditions. We require a professional and friendly physiotherapist to see our growing client caseload.

Job Title: Full-time MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Cambridgeshire
Hours: Full-time – up to 20-40 hours per week.

A starting pro-rata salary of £30,000 – £36,000pa (depending on experience) or a percentage of the fee paid by clients if self-employed
A permanent contract

The role:
Our clients of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, working alongside other physiotherapists, our excellent admin staff and other therapists from different wellbeing disciplines.

We are looking to take on physiotherapists with who are passionate about their work and eager to learn with regard to their skills and knowledge. If you have qualifications in Pilates or Yoga, they will be put to good use as we will build classes around those skills.

This opportunity will suit an individual who desires to develop their physiotherapy career in a musculoskeletal setting at a growing company which places an emphasis on caring and training.
The post will be supported by an in-house CPD programme and a generous budget for external training courses.

The role Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist involves:
Formulating and delivering individual physiotherapy treatment programmes to a diverse patient case-load.
Developing your treatment and communication skills through our in-house CPD programme and attending external courses
Communicating highly sensitive, complex information and being responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with CSP standards of practice.
Taking responsibility for managing clinical risk within own patient caseload.
To complete professional reports for employers and insurance companies, regarding medico-legal matters and/or functional capacity (though the vast majority of work is paying clients)

Candidates shortlisted for interview will have:
Good communication, skills and an ability to build rapport
HCPC and CSP registration
Previous experience of working in MSK physiotherapy and evidence of a hands-on approach.
