Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent care services to home residents/service users, ensuring they maintain their dignity whilst promoting their independence.
- Support home residents with care needs such as personal care, light domestic, and social activities.
- To report to the Home Manager/Deputy or the senior carer/nurse in charge.
What we would look for:
- A minimum of 6-12 months paid UK work experience in the role being applied for (within the last 2 years).
- Able to provide contact details for 2 professional references.
- Good time management, Reliable and caring nature.
- Enhanced DBS check to be completed (if Update Service not already held).
- Positive attitude, hard working and a team player.
- The right to live and work in the UK.
