Our client offer a range of accessible musculoskeletal and rehabilitation services in a variety of convenient locations including GP surgeries, clinics and health centres. Our community-based models focus on prevention and effective rehabilitation for over 15 Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), including this one in South West Essex.

About the role 

Our client is now looking for well-organised and conscientious MSK and Senior MSK Physiotherapists to deliver quality clinical care of musculoskeletal conditions for patients presenting in Community Services.

Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge is achieved.

Developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture, you must foster productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local Consultants, GP’s and corporate client sites and provide support and training to junior staff and physiotherapy students.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the HCPC, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a fully qualified Physiotherapist. We’re looking for you to be capable of managing a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as having the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.

We’re looking for you to have the desire to facilitate improvement in both self and service. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate confidently and effectively with both patients and colleagues alike.

Salary: Up to £36,000 + LW (pro rata for part time), depending on experience
