About the role
As our customer portfolio grows, we are continually looking for well-organised and conscientious MSK Physiotherapists to deliver quality clinical care of musculoskeletal conditions for patients presenting in our Occupational Health contract with a number of local large business on their site across York, Leeds, Sheffield, Scunthorpe and Doncaster.
Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge is achieved.
Developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture, you must foster productive relationships with key stakeholders in the business and the local onsite teams to proactively reduce the risk to their employees.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being a will be registered with the HCPC, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a full qualified Physiotherapist. We’re looking for you to be capable of managing a varied caseload of MSK patients, you will have the ability to work under pressure and be committed to CPD.
You’ll ideally have experience of working in an Occupational Health environment, but we’ll give you full support and training to develop you in your role.
We’re looking for you to have the desire to facilitate improvement in both self and service, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate confidently and effectively with both patients and colleagues alike.
You may have experience of working within the NHS or it may be in the public or private sector, its more about you and the skills you can bring.
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 – £34,000 (pro rata for part time)
Hours: Full/part time
